Job Description:

- Making various budgets/ estimates/fund flow for management

Senior Design Engineer – Electrical
Job Description:
- Electrical Design for Residential, Institutional, Commercial, and Industrial Projects.
- Design, Coordination, and detailed engineering to arrive at the optimum utilization of available resources for the following electrical engineering and allied services:
- Electrical design of high-voltage and medium-voltage distribution systems.
- Prepare DBR with Load calculation, DG set calculation.
- Design of LV & MV panel, Schematic/ Riser drawings.
- MV cabling-routing, correct sizing based on de-rating factor and voltage drop calculation.
- Prepare the complete specification of all types of HV & MV switchgear, Transformer & Diesel Generator & other major capital items.
- Internal electrification with optimum utilization of energy.
- Illumination designs, lighting distribution, conduiting, wiring, and cabling for entire electrical distribution.

Design Engineer – Plumbing / Fire Fighting
Job Description:
- Designing and Drawing layouts and drainage, stormwater, internal plumbing, water supply, Water supply SLD, water demand, Tender Documents, firefighting etc.
- Residential, Commercial, Industrial, Hospital, and Institutional experience
- Designing and monitoring the swimming pool & treatment plant will be an added advantage.
Prepare tender documents for the above-mentioned services with direct coordination with related consultants and architects. - Costing and estimation along with Budget, rate analysis as per DSR / CPWDand other related norms.
Maintain documents and records. - Design Fire Fighting systems both Internal and External.
- Design sprinkler/ hydrant systems for respective applications.
- Inspect and audit STPs, WTPs, Water pumping stations, External services, etc.
- Attending meetings with clients and clarifying their queries.
- Site visits for ensuring quality during execution, and measurement.

Design Engineer – HVAC
Job Description:
- HVAC Design for Residential, Institutional, commercial, and Industrial Projects.
- Verifying heating and cooling load calculations, static pressure calculations, and heat load calculations. Equipment specification, equipment performance, system design, system layout, field investigation, and preparation of DBR’s.
- Equipment selection – Chillers, Cooling Towers, AHUs, VRVs, Pumps, Coils, Fans, Chemical Filter Units, Fire and Gas Dampers, boilers, radiators, etc.
- Ensure that the designed HVAC system complies with company, local, state, and federal requirements utilizing engineering knowledge and expertise.
- Preparation of tender documents including design description, technical specifications, approved makes, bill of quantities, technical data sheets and general terms and conditions.
- Preparation of technical as well as commercial comparison and scrutinizing the contractor first of the technical part and then on the commercial part.
- Co-ordinate and provide engineering input for mechanical system design with architectural design, electrical design, instrumentation design etc.
- Interact with clients and project managers. Attending meetings and presentations to discuss design drawings and processes.
- Witness testing and commissioning of the whole HVAC system if and when required.
Qualification: B.E. Mechanical
Desired Experience: 5 – 10 years.
Technical Skills:
- Technical software (AutoCAD, ArchiCAD / G-StarCAD, etc.)
- Revit and BIM Implementation expertise is an added advantage.
